We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to lagracecollection@gmail.com
within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.

Trim the wick(s) before EVERY burn. When lighting your candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt across the entire diameter of the container before extinguishing . Do not burn your candle(s) for longer than five hours at a time. Read the warning label. Be smart. Be safe! Store in a cool, dry place and keep from sunlight to avoid discoloration
